Store SIM-card’s own number

Store SIM-card’s own number

Many SIM-cards do not contain in internal memory its own number. This creates troubles identifying card with АТ-command AT+CNUM as it return an empty string. New feature of SIM-bank can solve this. It makes possible to fill the empty space and store number inside the SIM-card as it expected to be.

A command can be sent from Linux console (directly on the device or via SSH). As parameters, it expects Polygator SIM-bank’s SIM-holder number and phone number. Using simple sh-script (bash-script) it can be automated for hundreds of SIM-cards.

It is recommended to use SIM-cards with its number stored internally and returned correctly for SIM-server Polygator operation.
